1. Project Planning & Execution

- Lead end-to-end execution of civil and interior fit-out projects
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

2. Design Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and designers for layout finalization
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Ensure design intent is maintained during execution

3. Vendor & Contractor Management

- Appoint and manage contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
- Monitor performance, quality, and adherence to timelines

4. Quality Control

- Ensure construction and interior works meet quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and enforce SOPs

5. Cost Management

- Monitor project costs and control budgets




- Validate bills, BOQs, and variation orders

6. Compliance & Safety

- Ensure adherence to local building codes and safety regulations
- Follow guidelines from National Building Code of India and other statutory authorities

7. Maintenance & Upgradation

- Oversee renovation and maintenance of existing infrastructure
- Plan upgrades to improve functionality and aesthetics

8. Stakeholder Coordination

- Work with internal teams (operations, admin, clinical in hospitals)
- Provide regular project updates to senior management
