We are seeking an experienced Application Support / Technical Support Engineer to join Ensurity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless customer experience. This role requires a strong technical foundation along with excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support and troubleshooting for customer-facing systems
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in production environments
- Work with Windows and Linux environments to manage and resolve system-level issues
- Handle multiple customer requests and ensure timely resolution with high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and processes
- Support authentication mechanisms including MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
- Assist in maintaining and supporting cloud-based environments (preferably Microsoft Azure)
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational processes
Required Technical Skills
- Robust experience in Application Support and Troubleshooting
- Good understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of Networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, etc.)
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure)
- Familiarity with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) concepts and implementation
