Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via voice communication.
- Resolve customer queries and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with clients.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of international voice processes and customer service standards.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours,



including night shifts if required.
