We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at construction and interior project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising manpower, monitoring work progress, coordinating with contractors and project teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage site operations efficiently, and experience in handling interior fit-out or civil construction projects. This role requires effective communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth execution of site activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction and interior site activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Manage and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the site.




- Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower effectively.
- Inspect materials received at the site and ensure proper usage.
- Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to management.
- Resolve site-related issues and report major concerns promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation related to site activities.
- Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness at the worksite.
- Minimize material wastage and maintain productivity.
- Support project handover activities after successful completion.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction, interior fit-out, or site supervision.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, site management, and project execution.
- Ability to manage manpower, subcontractors, and project coordination.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate work accordingly.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Robust commitment to quality, safety, and timely project completion.
