**We're Hiring | Senior Manager – HR & Administration**

Are you an experienced HR leader with expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compliance, Administration, and Industrial Relations? We are looking for a dynamic **Senior Manager – HR & Administration** to lead the HR and Administration functions across multiple business units.

### Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and manpower planning

✅ Manage Payroll, HR Operations, and HRMS

✅ Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Factory Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act)

✅ Drive Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Engagement initiatives

✅ Oversee Administration, Facility Management, Vendor Management, and Corporate Services

✅ Handle Factory HR, Industrial Relations, and workforce management

✅ Develop HR policies, recruitment strategies, and leadership pipelines

### Desired Profile:





✔ 8–12+ years of HR experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role

✔ Experience managing both HR and Administration functions

✔ Robust knowledge of Labour Laws, Payroll, Compliance, Industrial Relations, and HRMS

✔ Preferred background in **Hospitality, Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Multi-unit Operations**

✔ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
