Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is enthusiastic, confident, and driven to build new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with client communication, lead generation, and converting prospects into business.

Candidates willing to relocate to Bangalore are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Research potential clients and understand their business and marketing requirements.
- Connect with prospective clients and introduce Brandquake's services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotations to clients.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with clients and understand their requirements.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, or creative services will be an advantage.
- Must be willing to relocate to Bangalore.
