We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a robust background in the life insurance domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance our operations.

Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders in the life insurance sector.
- Analyze and document business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to discuss findings and recommendations.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Support the testing of new systems and processes to ensure alignment with business needs.

Skills and Qualifications





- 5-13 years of experience in business analysis within the life insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, regulations, and market trends in India.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as SWOT analysis, process mapping, and use case development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
