We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Permanent Electrician to join our site operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work at various project sites across Gujarat and other states. The candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical systems, wiring, panels, lighting, and equipment maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines.

This role requires an individual who can work independently, diagnose electrical issues efficiently, and coordinate with site supervisors to ensure uninterrupted electrical operations. Candidates should be committed to delivering quality work and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform electrical installation, wiring, and fitting work as per project requirements.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, panels, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, and power distribution systems.
- Diagnose electrical faults and resolve breakdowns efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical panels, motors, cables, and associated systems.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.




- Follow all electrical safety regulations and company policies while working on-site.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project teams for smooth execution of electrical work.
- Maintain electrical tools, testing instruments, and materials properly.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure assigned work is completed within project timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Report material requirements, electrical issues, and safety concerns to the site supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

- ITI Electrician or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or construction site work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, power distribution, lighting systems, control panels, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Good understanding of electrical safety procedures and equipment handling.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across Gujarat and Out of Gujarat.
- Physically fit and capable of handling site-related electrical work.
- Responsible, disciplined, and committed to quality workmanship.
