Job Description:Role: Relationship Manager – MTF HNI Segment
Objective of the Role
Drive growth, acquire current customers, activation, and retention of HNI MTF clients by building strong relationships, improving engagement, and increasing capital deployment across the MTF book.
Key Responsibilities1. HNI Client EngagementOwn a portfolio of HNI MTF clientsDrive regular engagement through calls, messages, and structured outreachEducate clients on MTF usage, leverage opportunities, and platform features2. Revenue & Book ExpansionIncrease MTF utilization among assigned clientsIdentify upsell opportunities across equity + MTFImprove wallet share per client3. Activation & RetentionReactivate dormant HNI usersReduce churn in high-value segmentsEnsure consistent usage of MTF facility4. Relationship ManagementAct as single point of contact for assigned HNI usersResolve queries in coordination with support/product teamsBuild trust and long-term engagement5. Market IntelligenceGather user feedback and competitive insightsShare patterns from HNI cohort behavior with product/growth teams
