- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
- Follow up throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and daily reports. etc

JD Bench Sales

Job Responsibilities:

- Market bench consultants to implementation partners and vendors.
- Submit consultant profiles to suitable client requirements.
- Follow up on profile submissions and interview schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and clients throughout the placement process.




- Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors and clients.
- Negotiate rates and support successful consultant placements.
- Maintain daily reports of submissions, interviews, and placements.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in the US Night Shift.
