Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure,
and maintain desktops, laptops, and applications.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
