We are looking for an experienced AI Copilot Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in chatbot development, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), API integrations, and workflow orchestration. Experience with Microsoft Foundry, Databricks, Azure AI Services, and Microsoft 365 Copilot is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise chatbot and AI Copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Build conversational AI applications with strong prompt engineering practices.

• Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

• Implement API integrations and workflow orchestration for AI applications.

• Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance of AI solutions.

• Develop scalable AI applications using Microsoft Foundry and/or Databricks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable AI solutions.

• Follow Responsible AI, security, and governance best practices throughout the development lifecycle.





• Contribute to continuous improvement of AI development standards and reusable components.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in Conversational AI or Generative AI development.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar chatbot development platforms.

• Solid understanding of Prompt Engineering and Conversational AI design principles.

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Expertise in API Integration and Workflow Orchestration.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Foundry and/or Databricks.

• Experience with testing frameworks and quality assurance practices.
