Key Responsibilities

- Performance Testing: Design and execute large-scale strategies using Apache JMeter.
- CI/CD Integration: Embed performance testing into pipelines and automate workflows.
- Observability: Lead monitoring initiatives with Dynatrace.
- AI Insights: Leverage Davis AI for anomaly detection, insights, and root cause analysis.
- Automation Frameworks: Build frameworks for testing, reporting, and quality gates.
- Bottleneck Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues across applications, APIs, databases, middleware, and infrastructure.
- ML Applications: Apply ML for workload modelling, traffic forecasting, and optimization.
- Collaboration: Partner with Dev, DevOps, Cloud, and Architecture teams.
- Governance: Define standards, best practices, and governance.
- Leadership: Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Executive Reporting: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Observability & Monitoring

- Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace.
- Proven use of Davis AI in production.
- Expertise in APM, Observability, Root Cause Analysis,



and Performance Diagnostics.

Automation & AI

- Experience developing Performance Automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python scripting.
- Applying AI/ML for traffic prediction, load simulation, workload modelling, and performance optimization.

Cloud & Infrastructure

- Robust experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in JVM tuning, database optimization, API performance analysis, and infrastructure monitoring.

Valuable-to-Have

- Experience with Gatling, k6, or LoadRunner.
- Exposure to Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with Kubernetes Performance Tuning.
- Dynatrace certifications.
- Client-facing consulting or professional services background.
