Responsibilities Review of all documentation assigned by the commissioning manager such as drawings lists calculations procedures instructions protection control philosophy and operation and maintenance manuals Create contractual test procedures and test report necessary such as preoperational and operational startup procedure system functional demonstration load and integration tests with testing activities and pass criteria Execute preoperational and operational startup shutdown tests pertaining to DCS systems Conduct hot loop checks protection checks and functional testing of all plant and combustion turbine power systems Recommending and implementing modifications as required to ensure secure operation of the power plant equipment Document DCS systems change report database for all system modifications Document commissioning and startup records redlining asbuilt documents as a top priority Perform as directed by the commissioning manager for system walkdowns and turnover Perform punch list item clearing in a timely manner to support the overall program Work with OEM technical advisors associated with the DCS systems and interfaces Ensure instrument and control systems support unit stabilization and optimization and overall plant stabilization and optimization Assist as required during the performance testing and reliability testing periods Security and safekeeping of buildings and rooms containing DCS equipment Security of all instrument settings software programs and spare parts associated with DSC equipment Responsible authority for all DCS system permit to work PTW and lockout tagout LOTO coordination on a daily basis Ensure and check all of responsible commissioning activities are performed according to related Government regulations Tanajib IPP Project HSE procedures and manuals Perform and review on Risk Assessment and Method Statement of all responsible commissioning activities according to the related Government regulations Tanajib IPP Project HSE procedures and manuals
