Description Job Title Sales Officer B2B Steel Fabrication Department Sales Marketing Industry Steel Manufacturing Fabrication Reporting To Sales Manager Business Head Location Surat Gujarat Fieldbased Job Purpose To generate B2B business by conducting regular industrial visits developing client relationships preparing quotations and closing sales for steel and fabrication products Key Responsibilities Conduct daily industrial visits to identify new B2B customers and business opportunities Develop and maintain robust relationships with industrial clients contractors EPC companies and fabricators Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for technical feasibility and pricing Prepare and submit quotations proposals and commercial offers in line with company policies Schedule and attend client meetings negotiations and followups to close orders Track enquiries quotations and order status through daily sales reports Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing movements in the steel industry Coordinate with production dispatch and accounts teams to ensure timely execution and payment collection Maintain proper documentation of visits leads and customer feedback Key Skills Competencies Strong B2B industrial sales knowledge Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills Ability to prepare professional quotations and sales reports Selfdriven with a strong field sales mindset Basic understanding of steel fabrication and industrial products Team HR hidden mobile
