Key Responsibilities Visit customers to collect overdue loan EMI payments Follow up with customers through phone calls and field visits for pending recoveries Negotiate repayment plans and resolve paymentrelated issues Ensure timely recovery of assigned delinquent accounts Update collection status and customer interactions in the system Coordinate with branch officials regarding collection activities Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets Maintain accurate records and submit daily activity reports Ensure compliance with bank policies legal requirements and ethical collection practices
