Roles & Responsibilities:

- Recruit and build a team of insurance advisors/agents.
- Train, guide, and motivate advisors to achieve business targets.
- Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.
- Conduct sales meetings and field activities with advisors.
- Support advisors in customer acquisition and policy closures.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity.
- Maintain good relationships with advisors and customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, BFSI, Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Pharma, Telecom, NBFC, or related field.
- Robust communication, leadership, and team-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
- Candidate should possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred).
