- Set up and optimize injection moulding machine processes and moulds based on defined parameters
- Handle processing of various plastic materials according to material-specific requirements
- Ensure consistent and effective production by monitoring machine cycles and product quality
- Maintain smooth functioning of all supporting equipment such as chillers, dryers, and material loaders
- Troubleshoot processing issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain product standards
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks on machines and equipment
- Train and guide machine operators and shop floor manpower on safe and effective moulding practices
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a clean and organized working environment
