Overall Experience: 10–12 years in IT/software development
Domain Expertise: Strong background in Banking and/or Insurance
Project Leadership: Minimum 3 years as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
Technology Expertise:
- Proficient in Java/JEE/J2EE technologies
- Experience managing projects using Java/JEE/J2EE or .NET tech stacks
- Hands-on understanding of Web Applications, SOA, SVN/Git, Maven, RESTful services, Web services
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and DevOps practices
Agile Experience: Proven track record in running Agile projects, with a solid grasp of Agile principles
Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects and development teams effectively
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
