Renewals Specialist – Inflow Technologies (Bangalore):

Company: Inflow Technologies — IT infrastructure distribution

(Networking, Cybersecurity, UCC, AIDC, Surveillance, Server, Storage), ~$700M annual run-rate, HQ Bangalore, 20+ locations.

Role: Bangalore, WFO, 5 days/week. Sits in the Distribution Renewal Team — drives renewals of contracts/subscriptions/software licenses/maintenance agreements through partner and distributor channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pipeline management — track/forecast renewal aging, backlog, close rates by distributor cohort in Salesforce
- Quote generation — prepare/validate/issue renewal quotes ahead of expiry
- Partner enablement — work with channel partners on renewal execution, pricing governance, blocker resolution
- Forecasting & reporting — renewal sentiment,



prospect stages, monthly linearity to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree + 1–3+ years in account management, sales ops, or contract renewals (SaaS or channel ecosystem experience preferred)
- Strong Salesforce (CRM) proficiency + Excel/data management
- Soft skills: negotiation, cross-functional coordination, written/verbal communication

- 2 rounds virtual + 1 final F2F
