Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and onboarding recent clients.

The company will provide qualified leads, but we also expect you to proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact inbound and outbound prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand each healthcare business's marketing goals and challenges.
- Present our Healthcare SEO & Local SEO solutions confidently.
- Explain our service offerings, process, and value proposition.
- Handle objections and build trust with potential clients.
- Schedule strategy calls or audits when required.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until closure.
- Close new business and collect required documents and payments.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports.
- Identify additional prospects through LinkedIn, Google Maps, referrals, networking, and other outbound methods.

Daily KPIs
- Minimum 30 qualified conversations per day
- Maintain regular follow-ups with assigned leads
- Generate additional prospects through self-sourcing
- Achieve monthly revenue equal to 10× your fixed monthly salary to become eligible for performance incentives

Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in speaking over phone and video calls
- Strong objection-handling ability
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable using CRM and basic computer applications
- Ability to learn digital marketing concepts quickly

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in B2B sales is an advantage.
- Digital marketing or SEO sales experience is a plus.
- Experience selling to healthcare businesses is an added advantage.
- Candidates with their own laptop are preferred. If required, the company can provide one.

- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
