Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced **TIBCO BW/EMS Support Engineer** with a strong background in middleware integration and Linux environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks and EMS administration, with a DevOps mindset and the ability to manage multiple environments simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for **TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x / BWCE** and **TIBCO EMS** running on Linux environments
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and debug **EMS** and **BW** issues across multiple production and non-production environments
- Manage and maintain multiple TIBCO BW and EMS environments hosted on **Linux servers**
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure stability and performance of middleware platforms
- Support and maintain **CI/CD pipelines** for TIBCO deployments; ability to create and configure CI/CD projects is a plus
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
- Maintain environment health using monitoring tools such as **Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, and TIBCO Hawk**





Required Skills & Experience

- **4–7 years** of hands-on experience in TIBCO BW/EMS support
- Solid expertise in **TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x / BWCE**
- In-depth knowledge of **TIBCO EMS** — administration, configuration, and debugging
- Proficient in **Linux** — comfortable working in Linux-based middleware environments
- Experience with **CI/CD tools and workflows** (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools: **Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, TIBCO Hawk**
- Ability to manage and support **multiple TIBCO environments** concurrently

Good to Have

- Hands-on experience in **creating and configuring CI/CD projects** for TIBCO deployments
- Knowledge of **Apache Kafka** and event-driven architecture
- Experience integrating TIBCO middleware with cloud or containerised environments
