Head of Design & Projects
Location: Mumbai
Company: Kontor Space Ltd.
Experience: 10–15 Years

Key Responsibilities
• Lead workspace design, planning, and project execution across all Kontor centers.
• Manage project budgets, BOQs, CapEx, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
• Oversee contractors, consultants, architects, and project teams to ensure timely and
quality project delivery.
• Drive business development by acquiring and managing external commercial interior
fit-out and design-build projects.
• Lead client presentations, design pitches, proposal development, and commercial
negotiations.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to expand the company's design and
build business.

Requirements




• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction
Management, or related field (NICMAR preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in commercial interiors, workplace design, fit-outs, or
design-build projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale office, coworking, or corporate real estate
projects.
• Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MSP, BOQ preparation, budgeting,
and project management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and business
development skills.
