Position Executive Field Officer Sales FOS Home Loan Department Retail Assets Home Loan Work Location Multiple Locations Interview Mode Virtual Working Days 6 Days a Week as per Bank Policy Working Hours 9 Hours per Day Role Overview We are looking for experienced and resultdriven Field Officer Sales FOS professionals to strengthen our Home Loan business The role involves sourcing new business opportunities building relationships with builders and developers promoting Home Loan and Loan Against Property LAP products and achieving assigned sales goals Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new builder and developer projects within the assigned territory Build and maintain strong business relationships with builders developers and channel partners Promote Home Loan and Loan Against Property LAP products to prospective customers Generate business through builder visits project campaigns customer meetings and referral activities Coordinate with credit underwriting and operations teams to ensure timely project approvals and loan processing Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Maintain accurate records of field visits customer leads conversions and sales performance Ensure all sales activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university 23 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services Minimum 2 years of handson experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property LAP Experience working with builders developers or the real estate market will be an added advantage Required Skills Strong communication and relationship management skills Good sales negotiation and business development abilities Customerfocused approach with excellent networking skills Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems Ability to work independently in a field sales workplace Goaloriented mindset with strong problemsolving abilities Preferred Candidate Profile Prior experience in Home Loan Sales LAP Sales Mortgage Sales or BFSI Sales Existing relationships with builders developers and channel partners in the local market will be preferred
