Job Title Production Planning Control PPC Executive Job Summary We are looking for a Production Planning Control PPC Executive to manage production planning scheduling inventory coordination and production monitoring The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills excellent knowledge of production processes and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support planning and reporting Key Responsibilities Prepare daily weekly and monthly production plans based on customer orders and forecasts Monitor production schedules and ensure ontime completion of production targets Coordinate with production purchase stores and quality departments for smooth workflow Track raw material availability and coordinate procurement requirements Monitor workinprogress WIP and finished goods inventory Analyze production data and prepare MIS reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel Identify production bottlenecks and recommend process improvements Ensure optimal utilization of manpower machines and materials Maintain production records planning documents and performance reports Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs Required Skills Strong knowledge of Production Planning Control PPC Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables VLOOKUP XLOOKUP INDEXMATCH IF formulas dashboards charts conditional formatting and data analysis Good understanding of inventory management and production scheduling Robust analytical and problemsolving abilities Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of ERP systems SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or similar is an added advantage Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Production Engineering or a related field 25 years of experience in Production Planning Control or a similar manufacturing role Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Advanced Excel Whatsapp hidden mobile
