Job Title Parking Supervisor Location Mumbai and Pune Salary 21 000 29 000 Gross per month Job Summary We are looking for a responsible Parking Supervisor to manage daily parking operations and supervise the parking team The candidate should ensure smooth vehicle movement proper staff deployment cash handling and excellent customer service Key Responsibilities Brief the team before the start of each shift Deploy staff to assigned parking locations Monitor parking operations and ensure smooth traffic flow Maintain attendance records and daily reports Collect cash from cashiers at the end of the shift Verify and tally cash collections with reports Handle customer concerns and operational issues during the shift Relieve team members as required during breaks or emergencies Ensure proper discipline and performance of parking staff Monitor stock of parking consumables and inform management for replenishment Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the parking area Requirements Minimum 24 years of experience in parking operations facility management mall operations or team supervision Positive communication and leadership skills Basic knowledge of cash handling and report preparation Ability to manage teams and handle operational issues Basic computer knowledge preferred Key Skills Team Management Staff Deployment Cash Handling Shift Management Report Preparation Customer Service Problem Solving Parking Operations
