Position Field Officer Sales FOS Liabilities Department Retail Banking Liabilities Sales Interview Mode Virtual Working Days 6 Days a Week as per bank policy Working Hours 9 Hours per Day Job Summary We are looking for dynamic and customerfocused Field Officer Sales FOS professionals to drive the banks liabilities business The role involves acquiring new customers promoting banking products building longterm customer relationships and achieving assigned sales targets through field activities Key Responsibilities Generate new business by selling Savings Accounts Current Accounts and Fixed Deposits FDs Acquire customers for Life Insurance General Insurance Credit Cards and other banking products through crossselling Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers Reactivate inactive and dormant customer accounts Conduct field visits local marketing campaigns and lead generation activities to increase business Record customer interactions sales activities and leads in the CRM system Ensure compliance with all bank policies regulatory requirements and operational guidelines Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline Freshers and candidates with 03 years of experience in Sales Banking or Financial Services are eligible to apply Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valuable sales negotiation and convincing abilities Customercentric approach with relationshipbuilding skills Basic computer proficiency Comfortable working in a field sales environment Targetdriven with a positive attitude Preferred Candidate Profile Prior experience in CASA sales Liabilities Sales or the BFSI sector will be preferred Knowledge of the local market and an existing customer network will be an added advantage
