Position Field Officer Sales FOS Liabilities Department Retail Banking Liabilities Sales Interview Mode Virtual Working Days 6 Days a Week as per Bank Policy Working Hours 9 Hours per Day Role Overview We are hiring energetic and resultoriented Field Officer Sales FOS professionals to grow the banks liabilities portfolio The role focuses on acquiring new customers promoting liability products strengthening customer relationships and achieving business targets through field sales and customer engagement Key Responsibilities Source current customers for Savings Accounts Current Accounts and Fixed Deposits FDs Crosssell banking products including Life Insurance General Insurance Credit Cards and other financial solutions Build and maintain longterm relationships with new as well as existing customers Identify and reactivate dormant customer accounts to increase business opportunities Conduct field visits local promotional activities and lead generation campaigns to expand the customer base Update customer information sales progress and lead details in the CRM system Follow all internal policies compliance standards and regulatory guidelines while carrying out sales activities Eligibility Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Sales Banking Financial Services or related industries are eligible to apply Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong selling negotiation and relationship management skills Customeroriented approach with the ability to build trust and rapport Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital systems Willingness to work in a field sales role Selfdriven targetfocused and performanceoriented mindset Preferred Candidate Prior experience in CASA Sales Liabilities Sales Banking or BFSI Sales will be an advantage Good understanding of the local market and an existing customer network will be considered a plus
