About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Placement Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in helping our students secure excellent job opportunities with leading companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end placement process for students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and recruiters.
- Identify suitable job openings and internships for students.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement events.




- Prepare students for interviews through targeted training and mock sessions.
- Track placement records and provide regular updates to the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve high placement rates.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in placements, recruitment, or talent acquisition. Experience in the education/training sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build solid relationships with corporate clients.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
