Business Development Manager – US IT Staffing

- Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire current clients for IT Staffing services.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely delivery.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills





- Proven experience in Business Development within IT Staffing.
- Strong client acquisition and account management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Domestic IT Staffing or US IT Staffing (based on the role applied for).
- Ability to drive revenue growth and build strategic client relationships.
