- Resolve equipment and product breakdowns at the customer site promptly and effectively
- Ensure all breakdown incidents are accurately reported and documented
- Analyze breakdown causes and prepare detailed action plans for resolution and prevention
- Record and track spare parts consumption during maintenance and repair activities
- Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for all critical breakdowns and ensure proper communication and sharing with relevant stakeholders
