We are seeking a Chat Support representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support, assisting customers with their inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities

- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.

- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Familiarity with chat support software and tools.

- Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
