Key Responsibilities

NDA Written Examination Coaching

- Deliver classroom sessions for the General Ability Test (GAT) of the UPSC NDA examination.
- Teach and mentor students in:
- English Language
- General Knowledge
- Current Affairs
- Indian History
- Geography
- Indian Polity
- Economics
- General Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology fundamentals)
- Defence Awareness
- Logical Reasoning
- Mental Ability

- Develop structured lesson plans, study material, assignments, question banks, and mock tests aligned with the latest UPSC NDA syllabus and examination pattern.
- Conduct topic-wise, sectional, and full-length mock tests, followed by detailed performance analysis and feedback.

SSB Preparation Support

- Assist students in developing Officer Like Qualities (OLQs) required for the SSB selection process.
- Conduct sessions on:
- Communication Skills
- Personality Development
- Leadership & Teamwork
- Group Discussion
- Lecturette
- Interview Preparation
- Current Affairs & Defence Awareness

- Guide students on effective presentation, confidence building, and decision-making.

Student Mentoring

- Monitor individual student progress and provide personalized academic mentoring.




- Counsel students on examination strategy, time management, and preparation techniques.
- Identify learning gaps and implement targeted improvement plans.

Curriculum Development

- Prepare and continuously update teaching material, practice papers, assignments, and test series.
- Review changes in the UPSC NDA syllabus and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with faculty members to improve teaching methodologies and student outcomes.

Parent & Academic Engagement

- Participate in parent counselling sessions and academic reviews.
- Support admissions through seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions related to defence careers.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Arts, Science, Humanities, English, Political Science, History, Geography, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification teaching experience in NDA/CDS/AFCAT/Defence examination coaching.
- Experience teaching General Aptitude for UPSC NDA is mandatory.
- Ex-Defence Personnel with teaching experience will be preferred.
