This position is responsible for leading the product strategy innovation and endtoend execution of Loan Origination Systems LOS and Loan Management Systems LMS ensuring solid alignment with business objectives and customer needs through effective leadership crossfunctional collaboration and management of complex product lifecycles Drive the execution lifecycle processes for products including product research market research competitive analysis planning positioning roadmap development requirements development and product launch Drive customer journey digitization from Loan onboarding to disbursement Collaborate closely with engineering production marketing and sales teams on the development QA and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams Prioritize the feature roll outs improvements and bug resolution timelines and effectively communicate to all stakeholders Appraise new product ideas and strategize to differentiate in the market Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure theyre successfully achieved
