Position Head Events NTOS PAN India Location HQ NIBM Pune About the Role We are looking for an experienced and resultoriented leader to head Arettos Events NTOS vertical This role is responsible for driving business growth revenue and profitability through eventled sales channels across India The ideal candidate will build strategic partnerships identify new business opportunities and lead the expansion of our event business while ensuring exceptional execution and customer experience Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the PAN India event strategy to drive revenue market expansion and brand visibility Own the P L sales targets profitability and overall performance of the Events NTOS vertical Identify and onboard highpotential opportunities across Kids Exhibitions School Events Flea Markets Mall Activations and other event platforms Build and nurture strong relationships with mall leasing teams event organizers schools exhibition partners and key stakeholders to secure strategic partnerships Lead the planning and execution of events ensuring seamless operations superior customer experience and achievement of business objectives Expand the event business into current cities and markets by identifying emerging opportunities and developing sustainable growth strategies Build lead and mentor the Events NTOS team set performance goals and drive a highperformance culture focused on execution and results Collaborate closely with marketing operations supply chain and finance teams to ensure successful planning execution and continuous improvement of event initiatives Key Skills Event Management Business Development P L Management Revenue Generation Revenue Generation Strategic Partnerships Sales Market Expansion Stakeholder Management
