1 Field Executives
Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door health awareness campaigns
Support rural and urban outreach programs
Assist in organizing healthcare camps and community workshops
Coordinate with local teams during field activities
Requirements:
Willingness to travel across districts of West Bengal
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for social work and community welfare
Ability to work in rural and field environments

2 Tele Callers
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient follow-ups
Provide basic healthcare awareness and counselling support
Share information about health & hygiene programs
Maintain call records and reports
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology preferred




Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi/English
Pleasant phone etiquette and clarity in speech
Interest in healthcare awareness programs
