Job Title Field Collection Executive DRA Certified Location Chennai and All Over Tamilnadu Department Collections Recovery Employment Type FullTime Job Summary We are looking for a DRAcertified Field Collection Executive to manage the recovery of overdue accounts through field visits while ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies The ideal candidate should have strong communication negotiation and customerhandling skills to achieve collection targets in an ethical and skilled manner Key Responsibilities Visit customers to collect overdue loan EMI or outstanding payments Negotiate repayment plans and encourage timely settlement of dues Follow up on payment commitments and update collection activities in the system Maintain accurate records of customer visits recoveries and account status Escalate unresolved or highrisk accounts to the appropriate internal teams Ensure all recovery activities comply with RBI guidelines DRA code of conduct and company policies Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while resolving paymentrelated concerns Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets within the defined timelines Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline Mandatory DRA Debt Recovery Agent Certification is Mandatory Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in field collections banking NBFC or financial services are welcome to apply Valid twowheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Required Skills Strong communication skills in the local language and basic English Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills Knowledge of debt recovery processes and ethical collection practices Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets Compensation Benefits Competitive salary with performancebased incentives Travel allowance reimbursement as per company policy Statutory benefits PF ESI etc as applicable Training career development and growth opportunities
