Key Deliverables

• Manage month-end close activities, including third-party compensation tool interface and accruals

• Reconcile payroll-related accounts, analyze variances, and resolve discrepancies

• Assist in preparation of bonus and commission calculations, ensuring accuracy in accounting

• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll compliance with local labor laws

Role Responsibilities

• Track employee advances and ensure accurate payroll processing

• Support payroll audits and implement best practices for efficiency

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and local labor laws across payroll functions

• Provide assistance in any payroll-related queries or audits, ensuring proper documentation
