We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Domestic IT Recruiters to join our talent acquisition team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions across India.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment are encouraged to apply.

#Roles & Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.





Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.

Meet recruitment targets and deadlines.

#Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
