Job Description :

- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirements in both the USA and India.
- Maintain robust familiarity with GAAP principles and ensure alignment with financial reporting standards across jurisdictions.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and performance reports.
- Day-to-day Financial Operations:
- Manage billing, vendor contracts, invoicing, and ensure timely transactions.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable to maintain optimal cash flow.
- Negotiate procurement contracts and maintain financial controls.
- Monitor and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare regular financial reports for management decision-making.
- Collaborate with auditors during annual audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Portfolio Management:
- Oversee operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Maintain and review financial statements and books for the fund and portfolio companies.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies on financial health, modeling, and fundraising strategies.
- Help with fundraising and due diligence processes for portfolio companies.

· HR & Administrative Support:





o Oversee employee onboarding and payroll processes for portfolio companies and fund-level staff.

o Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain accurate records.

o Provide operational support to streamline administrative processes and resource management.
