- At least a bachelor s degree in any discipline
- 1-7 years of experience in BPO bulk hiring, mass hiring, or volume hiring.
- Exposure to banking recruitment or experience in hiring for banking roles.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with quick turnaround times.
