Join arenaflex a leading airline in shaping the future of aviation training and development As an Experienced Technical Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of highquality training programs for 500 aeronautics support professionals and staff About arenaflex At arenaflex we are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a strong focus on safety quality and innovation Our team is passionate about delivering outstanding results and we are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our team Position Summary As the Technical Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of training programs for aeronautics support professionals and staff You will work closely with the Technical Operations team to ensure that all training programs meet the highest standards of quality safety and effectiveness Your primary responsibilities will include Overseeing the development and delivery of training programs for aeronautics support professionals and staff Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards Collaborating with the Technical Operations team to identify training needs and develop effective solutions Managing a team of trainers and instructors to deliver highquality training programs Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement Developing and implementing training policies and procedures Ensuring that all training programs are aligned with arenaflexs strategic objectives Key Responsibilities Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of aeronautics support professionals and staff Collaborate with the Technical Operations team to identify training needs and develop effective solutions Manage a team of trainers and instructors to deliver highquality training programs Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement Develop and implement training policies and procedures Ensure that all training programs are aligned with arenaflexs strategic objectives Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that training programs meet the needs of the organization Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure that training programs meet industry standards Essential Qualifications Bachelors degree in a relevant field e g education training aviation Five years of experience in a technical operations role with a focus on training and development Two years of experience in a leadership or management role with a focus on team management and development Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design Experience with modern training delivery methods including elearning virtual classrooms and online courses Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Ability to travel globally and work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications Two years of experience in a flying training and support role Experience with creating and managing training content including videos interactive modules and other multimedia assets Strong understanding of adult learning standards and educational program strategies Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Experience with assessing training effectiveness through observations and evaluations as well as through metrics and data analysis Ability to work cooperatively with trainers and crossfunctional teams Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of trainers and instructors Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and address training needs Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design Experience with modern training delivery methods including elearning virtual classrooms and online courses Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Growth opportunities Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development As a Technical Operations Manager you will have the opportunity to Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of aeronautics support professionals and staff Collaborate with the Technical Operations team to identify training needs and develop effective solutions Manage a team of trainers and instructors to deliver highquality training Join are
