This role sits at the heart of academic coordination, ensuring seamless curriculum implementation, teacher alignment, and student success across partnered schools.

Role & Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end IGCSE curriculum planning, alignment, and delivery across multiple partner schools in India.
- Coordinate with school leadership and subject teachers to ensure syllabus coverage, assessment readiness, and exam board compliance (Cambridge Assessment International Education).
- Monitor student progress, analyse internal assessment data, and recommend curriculum adjustments or intervention strategies.
- Facilitate teacher training workshops, moderation sessions, and standardisation of marking practices aligned with IGCSE benchmarks.
- Act as the primary liaison between schools and Cambridge IGCSE administration for exam registrations,



special consideration requests, and result inquiries.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation, timelines, and reporting dashboards for IGCSE programme governance and school accountability.
