We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Projects Engineer / Site Engineer to manage civil and interior fit-out works for corporate office projects. The role involves end-to-end site coordination, vendor management, quality control, and ensuring timely project delivery in line with design and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Project Execution Execute civil and interior fit-out works for corporate office spaces. Interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation. Coordinate with designers, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution. Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines. Site Management Supervise site workforce including contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams. Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain progress reports. Vendor & Contractor Coordination Manage and coordinate multiple vendors (civil, electrical, HVAC, interiors). Track vendor performance and ensure quality standards are met. Verify contractor bills and measurements against executed work. Quality & Compliance Ensure all work complies with design specifications and quality standards. Implement quality checks for civil and interior finishes. Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory compliance on-site.
Planning & Reporting Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and share updates with stakeholders. Assist in project scheduling and tracking milestones. Highlight risks, delays, and propose mitigation strategies. Cost Control Monitor project costs and support in budget tracking. Ensure productive use of materials and resources. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. 3–5 years of experience in corporate interiors, commercial fit-outs, or civil projects. Strong understanding of interior execution (false ceiling, partitions, flooring, furniture, etc.). Skills Required Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings. Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience in corporate office projects or workplace fit-outs. Basic understanding of MEP coordination. Exposure to project management tools is an advantage.
