KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders

• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively

• Manage client communications, expectations, and escalation points

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile environments

• Track and report project KPIs, milestones, and budget consumption to leadership

• Coordinate with DevOps and technical leads for deployment and release management

• Manage vendor and third-party stakeholder relationships as needed

• Maintain project documentation using tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 to 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/software domain





• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred

• Proven track record of delivering mid-to-large-scale software projects

• Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies

• Strong proficiency in project management tools: Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Trello

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

• Experience in risk management, change management, and scope control

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with cloud-based project environments (AWS, Azure)

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API-driven development

• Exposure to client-facing projects in global delivery models
