We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with experience to bridge business requirements and Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience gathering and documenting requirements, and a good understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams.
- Configure and support Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, UAT, and release planning.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend Salesforce best practices.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).
- Robust knowledge of requirement gathering, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
- Experience working on CRM implementation or enhancement projects.
