Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and OPD consultations
• Diagnose and manage cataract, glaucoma, refractive errors, retinal, and other ophthalmic disorders
• Perform ophthalmic surgeries and procedures as per expertise
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Manage emergency ophthalmic cases
• Counsel patients regarding diagnosis,
treatment plans, and preventive eye care
• Coordinate with optometrists, OT staff, and hospital management
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure quality patient care

Skills Required
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in Ophthalmology
• Surgical expertise will be an added advantage
• Retina experience preferred for Miraj location
• Willingness to travel (Miraj position)
• Excellent communication and patient counselling skills
• Professional and patient-centric approach
