We are looking for Lead Engineer - Honeywell control systems at Chennai or Pune.

Experience : 6-13yrs

Location: Puruswalkm , Chennai.

Responsibilities:

- Experience in DCS/PLC/SCADA projects using Honeywell systems
- Design, configure, and test control strategies, HMI graphics, and alarm systems
- Experience using Honeywell Experion PKS, TDC 3000, HC900, or Safety Manager
- Perform system upgrades, migrations, and expansions of existing control systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex process control issues




- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISA, IEC, SIL, HAZOP, LOPA)

Technical skills:

- Robust hands-on experience with:
- Honeywell Experion PKS
- Honeywell TDC 3000
- Honeywell Safety Manager / FSC
- Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.)
- Experience in SCADA, HMI design, and industrial networking
- Familiarity with control theory, PID tuning, and process dynamics
