Experience:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Fire & Safety operations.
- Experience in commercial buildings, IT parks, corporate offices, facility management, or large commercial facilities will be preferred.

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fire & Safety Executive / Manager to ensure a safe and compliant working environment across its IT park facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing fire protection systems, implementing safety standards, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory and EHS requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Fire Safety Management:

- Ensure all fire protection and life safety systems are maintained in operational condition at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections of fire detection, alarm, suppression, and emergency response systems.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for fire and safety equipment.

Safety Compliance & Risk Management:

- Implement and enforce fire safety policies, EHS procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Identify workplace hazards and conduct risk assessments to recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with safety standards and permit-to-work systems.

Emergency Preparedness:

- Develop, review, and maintain emergency response and evacuation plans.
- Organize and conduct mock fire drills, emergency response exercises, and awareness programs.
- Ensure employees and stakeholders are familiar with emergency procedures and safety protocols.

Incident Investigation & Reporting:

- Investigate fire, safety, and near-miss incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Track observations, corrective actions, and closure status to prevent recurrence.




- Maintain accurate records of inspections, drills, incidents, and compliance activities.

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance:

- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and government authorities for testing, maintenance, and certification of fire protection systems.
- Ensure compliance with Fire NOCs, safety audits, legal requirements, and applicable regulations for commercial IT park facilities.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Certification in Fire & Safety Management, Industrial Safety, Fire Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Fire & Safety operations.
- Experience in commercial buildings, IT parks, corporate offices, facility management, or large commercial facilities will be preferred.

- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, emergency response procedures, and safety regulations.

- Proficiency in report preparation, documentation, and compliance tracking.
- Robust problem-solving and incident investigation capabilities.
