- Support program and portfolio management through meeting preparation, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Analyze portfolio data, client feedback, and market trends to provide business insights.
- Manage projects, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination.
- Conduct industry and company research; create reports and marketing materials.
- Support account planning, opportunity management, and portfolio governance.
- Build strong internal and external relationships and improve portfolio processes.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies on confidentiality, independence, and intellectual property.
Qualifications
- Master's degree with 4–6 years of experience in account management or business development support.
- Strong communication,
stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong data analysis skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a collaborative, global environment.
- Experience in a qualified services firm is preferred.
